F. Kroeber, New York, "Talisman" walnut 8 day time and strike mantel clock, c1885
CONDITION:
the original ebonized finish was removed when the case was restored, but the stained surface looks very good. The original paper on the dial and inside of indicator pendulum have darkened with age, but the pendulum's beveled glass and polished brass are fine. The glass is nice but newer. The movement ticks and strikes. Ht 21 1/2"
